Semi-Frameless Shower Enclosures
If someone trys to sell you a frameless shower that has any aluminum surrounding the edge, it is not a true framelesss shower. The showers below are considered semi-frameless because an aluminum frame does encase at least one side of the door frame. When possible, we steer customers toward frameless showers because they simply look nicer, but sometimes semi-frameless is a better option.
-
Semi-frameless usually cost less than frameless glass showers
-
A partial frame or header may be needed for the structural integrity of the shower
-
Frames can be used to cover old holes from previous showers enclosures without new tile/masonary work
-
Many glass patterns and hardware colors available to match bathroom style
